West Jefferson Avenue is a north-south road running from the City of Detroit all the way south to the Huron River in Brownstown Township. In Wyandotte, it is referred to as Biddle Avenue. Though it's referred to as West Jefferson Avenue, it's not an east-west road Downriver. How ironic is that?

Until around the 1930s, West Jefferson in Trenton was called Washington Avenue and had a different address numbering system.
