What do you know about 17019 West Coast Ave.

26 Coast Avenue West (now 17019 West Coast Avenue) has been in the Dorr or Greene family since 1876 when the Reverend Charles E. Dorr signed a 99 year lease for what was originally a tent platform that evolved into the current cottage.  Charles was a North Country Methodist minister and a son of George Henry and Lodema Allen Dorr who farmed near Clayton starting about 1870.  The current owners - Richard Dorr Greene and Erin Elizabeth Mary McCarthy Greene - live here year around after living in many other communities and concluding that this "is more like home than anyplace else for us."
