Billed as "Richmond's Only Ocean View Dining", Fantasy Island Café and Grille is a Caribbean-themed restaurant complete with a tiki bar. The Caribbean inspired menu includes fresh seafood, pastas, chickens and steaks.

The restaurant was founded by Forrest Smith, a native of Richmond, with over 12 years of experience in the restaurant business.
