Studio Eight Yoga is an Ashtanga based Studio in Reno, located above Blue Moon Pizza on California Avenue. Ashtanga yoga is understood as a present-day form of classic Indian yoga. Studio Eight offers both workshops and specials that are helpful for beginners or practicers that are looking to become more advanced.
