Disorderly Conduct (A.R.S. 13-2904) 

It is unlawful for a citizen to make unreasonable noise; use offensive or abusive language; or engage in any other seriously disruptive behavior. 

Trespassing (A.R.S. 13-1502) 

It is unlawful to be present on any property without reasonable permission and/or to remain there after any request to leave by the owner or any agent of the owner. This may apply to public property when there has been authorized request to leave or if regulations establish hours a facility or park is open. 

Loitering (A.R.S. 13-2095) 

It is unlawful to be present in any public place to beg unless specifically authorized by law. 

City Code 

Public Consumption (P.C.C. 5-8-1) 

It is unlawful to consume any type of alcohol in any public place. Such as: public parks; streets or sidewalks; or any other city owned property.

Aggressive Solicitation (P.C.C. 5-10-2)

It is unlawful to make physical contact with any passer-by; follow them within 5 feet; or continue to solicit after any type of negative response.

Outdoor Camping (P.C.C. 5-9-1)

It is unlawful to "camp" within the city limits unless specifically posted. Camping includes, but is not limited to, erecting a tent or other type of shelter; laying down bedding material; parking a trailer/camper or other vehicle for the purpose of living accommodation purposes.
