Holly Joshi is a former Oakland Police officer and current Senior Advisor (and former Executive Director) of the nonprofit Motivating, Inspiring, Supporting & Serving Sexually Exploited Youth (MISSSEY). At OPD she was the department head of the vice and child-exploitation unit.
