If you are sick in the middle of the night, don't speak Korean, and none of the clinics/hospitals around you are open, an option is Incheon Airport Medical Center - the 24-hour international clinic at the basement of Incheon Airport.
Most doctors have at least a working vocabulary of English, and many are conversational or fluent. They might only use academic/medical textbook terminology (for example, asking if your symptoms include malaise).
Hardly any receptionists, technicians, or nurses speak English - keep this in mind when trying to call for an appointment, or when being attended to by nurses.
Be sure to bring the following items:
- Korean ID (ARC, etc)
- Insurance card
- Money. All hospitals and clinics should accept Korean credit/debit cards.
