The Women's Shelter of Central Arkansas has been providing assistance to victims of family violence in central Arkansas since 1995. What started out as a volunteer information hotline has grown into a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week hotline and shelter housing community members in need of safety. Over the past 12 years we have grown to include a Sexual Assault Assistance/Recovery Program, support groups, transportation for our clients, and personal, legal, and chilld advocacy programs.
