This mural is located on the side of New Tin's Market on Harrison between 7th and 8th in Chinatown. It is by Luqman. The mural features a woman silohetted by the moon, a jumping tiger, a monkey ninja, and the planet Jupiter.
This mural is just down the block from another Luqman mural which is on the side of Chef Lau's Restaurant.
