Dr. Berkeley Zinn was apparently on the faculty of the Trudeau School of Tuberculosis in 1952. The same year, his wife was involved with the Women's League of the Presbyterian Church.

Richard Ray wrote this about Dr. Zinn in his book, Saranac: 1937-1940: "Doctor Zinn, my personal favorite, was the only MD who always seemed to know my name without referring to a chart and to know why I was taking up a bed at Ray Brook."

BERKELEY ZINN HAS NEW POST

Dr. Berkeley Zinn, a member of the medical staff at Ray Brook State Hospital since 1935, will leave in a few days for Buffalo where he has accepted a post in general radiology at Buffalo Veterans Administration Hospital.

He will also be associated with the Buffalo Medical School. Dr. Zinn was graduated from medical college at the University of Cincinnati in 1933. He interned at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit.

He is a diplomate of the American Board of Radiology, member of the American College of Radiology, member of the Northeastern New York Radiology Society and past president of the Saranac Lake Medical Society.

From 1948 to 1950 Dr. Zinn served as assistant attending radiologist at the New York Hospital, Cornell Medical Center.

Dr. Zinn, his wife and daughter, Carol, will make their home in Snyder.
