To add a new link: find the appropriate subheading, right-click on the listing that is alphabetically before your additions, select "Row," select "Insert Row After," and the add your information. If none of the subheadings are appropriate for your link, add a new one (find where it should go alphabetically, put the title in bold and then click the "Table" button at the top - it is the one that looks like a grid, directly to the right of the paper-clip button).
